Your child’s smartwatch comes with a pre-installed SIM card. Activate your SIM service plan online and receive a new phone number.

If you activate the SIM while the watch is powered on, restart the device to ensure it connects properly to LTE.

Download Monitor GPS App

Search for Monitor GPS in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Scan the QR code included with your smartwatch package.

Open App and Make an Account

• Open the app
• Tap Sign Up
• Enter email and password
• Enter captcha
• Agree to user agreement and privacy policy

Login to the App

Use your registered email and password to log in.

Bind Watch to App

Option 1: Scan Registration Code

• Tap the scan icon
• Scan the QR code on the watch
• Add smartwatch nickname
• Select family role

Option 2: Manual REG CODE Entry

• Locate REG CODE on the watch
• Enter REG CODE manually

Setting Up SOS Numbers & Phonebook

Add emergency contacts such as:

The smartwatch cycles through SOS contacts during emergencies.

Activating SOS Alarm

• Hold SOS button for 3-5 seconds
• Help text message is sent
• Watch calls SOS contacts sequentially
• 10-second delay between calls

Setting Up SMS Alerts

Receive alerts for:

• SOS Trigger
• Low Battery Notifications

Only one phone number currently receives alerts.

Calling Features

• Use Phonebook to call contacts
• Dial numbers manually
• Tap green icon to answer calls
• Press Button 1 to hang up

Stop Unwanted Calls

Enable Call Rejection to block unknown callers.
