Refund policy

EmojiKidz provides a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after
activating your device to request a return, but no longer than 30 days from the date
of purchase.
Service Plan refunds will only be granted within 15 days from the activation date. The
device must be returned to EmojiKidz in its original condition, including all
accessories and packaging; only after verification of the device’s return will a refund
be issued.
Refunds for subscriptions will only be issued once the device has been received and
approved for a refund by the e-commerce seller.


Cancel Service

To be eligible for a return, your EmojiKidz device must be in the same condition that
you received it, with tags, accessories, manuals, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returned devices must be received in good physical and working condition.
Products purchased through Emojikidz.com, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other
authorized reseller platforms that are returned damaged, altered, abused, tampered
with, or with missing accessories or components are not eligible for a refund, and the
customer will be charged the full retail amount of the device.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without
first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue
and make it right.
Devices returned with physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, excessive wear,
tampering, unauthorized modifications, or missing components will not qualify for a
refund and may result in the customer being charged the full retail value of the
device.


Cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped, you have the right
to cancel or return your order within 15 days for any reason and without justification.
As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
with tags, accessories, manuals, and in its original packaging.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if
the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original
payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take
some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
